Army recruitment 2019: मिर्जापुर व देवरिया के 336 अभ्यर्थी दौड़ में सफल

सेना भर्ती रैली के नौवें दिन शनिवार को मिर्जापुर की दो व देवरिया की तीन तहसीलों से 336 युवाओं ने दौड़ में सफलता पाई। छावनी स्थित रणबांकुरे मैदान में चल रही रैली में शामिल होने मिर्जापुर की लालगंज व मड़िहान तहसील और देवरिया की  बरहज, रुद्रपुर व देवरिया सदर तहसील के 7037 युवाओं ने ऑनलाइन रजिस्ट्रेशन कराया था। इनमें 4824 युवा ही दौड़ में शामिल होने पहुंचे। 

रणबांकुरे स्टेडियम में शनिवार सुबह सवा छह बजे शुरू हुई दौड़ साढ़े 11 बजे तक चली। भर्ती निदेशक कर्नल राजेश सिंह ठाकुर ने बताया कि मिर्जापुर की लालगंज तहसील से 543 व मड़िहान से 211 जबकि देवरिया के बरहज से 1419, रुद्रपुर से 1483 और देवरिया सदर तहसील से 3381 युवाओं को बुलाया गया था। इनमें 336 अभ्यर्थी सफल हुए हैं। 12 जिलों की सेना भर्ती प्रक्रिया एक नवंबर से 25 नवंबर तक चलेगी। 

रविवार को दौड़ेंगे 7408 अभ्यर्थी

छावनी स्थित रणबांकुरे मैदान में रविवार को देवरिया जिले की भाटपार रानी, सलेमपुर व चंदौली की मुगलसराय, चकिया, चंदौली और नौगढ़ तहसील के 7408 अभ्यर्थी सेना भर्ती रैली में दौड़ लगाने पहुंचेंगे। सभी को सुबह पांच बजे से टोकन बंटेगा।

Role and Responsibilities

• Samsung Austin Semiconductor (SAS) is seeking a full-time Engineer to contribute technical expertise as Quality Engineer in the Austin, TX area.
• This Quality Engineer position will be responsible for preventing and managing excursions in high volume manufacturing by driving overall quality improvements.
• The General Job Duties are applicable to all Quality positions.

• Lead deployment of medium to large-scale projects that are cross-functional in nature and have visibility to company executives
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, support group counterparts, and executives to ensure compliance to external and internal quality standards and to meet quality goals.
• Capable of problem solve complex situations and navigate the political landscape to accomplish results.
• Analyze and make recommendations to help improve quality indices for each department’s business processes and programs
• Enforce rules & systems based operation to all employees while ensuring SAS procedures are continuously evolving and current
• Perform various types of audits (product, process, equipment, department, function, element, system, management) in relation to excursion prevention activities within the organization
• Participate in fab-wide pFMEA activities to minimize risks to mass production
• Create quality summary dashboards for Q&R and Fab leadership review
• Coordinate and lead activity in response to quality issues to achieve root-cause countermeasures and recurrence prevention
• Create strategic action plans to reduce quality concerns
• Assess risks for process and equipment change points and ensure all change points are managed according to established rules.
• Shift: 1st - Monday through Friday 8am - 5pm.

Skills and Qualifications

• BS degree required - engineering, materials science or related field preferred.
• Two+ years of semiconductor engineering experience preferred.
• Advanced project management skills required, Project Management credentials preferred.
• Lean/6Sigma/CQE certification preferred.
• Some programming/scripting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization particularly in a global environment and experience in working with external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and able to react to shifting priorities to meet business needs.
• Must have excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments.
• A high level of self-motivation and strong communication skills (written and verbal) required.
• Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy with ability to manage complex projects across multiple disciplines.
• Ownership and independent decision making to prioritize work, adjust to changing priorities, and respond to dynamic business requirements. Education, Training, Certification:
• Experience troubleshooting and negotiating with customers to resolve engineering/manufacturing operational issues required.
• Training and experience in ISO9001/IATF16949
• Experience in quality system auditing, as Lead Auditor (internal and supplier audits).
• Lean/6Sigma/statistical training preferred.
• Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and various statistics programs (i.e. JMP, Spotfire)
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and commitments must be a team player.
